The NexioBit ownership promise

You own everything.
Every account. Every asset.

Most med spa agencies build on their infrastructure, their landing pages, their GoHighLevel, their ad accounts, their creative. When the relationship ends, you leave with nothing.

NexioBit does the opposite. Every account is registered under your business from day one. You’re the Super Admin. When you sign, you own it. When you leave, you keep it.

Why we built the company this way

Nearly every med spa we talk to has been burned by an agency.

The same pattern, over and over. Agencies build on their systems, keep the creative, and when it’s time to move on, the client leaves with contacts and phone numbers, and rebuilds everything else from scratch.

The 12-month lock-in

The agency signs you to a 12-month contract. Six months in, you realize it’s not working. But you’re locked in, and walking away costs six more months of retainer.

The “proprietary system” excuse

Your workflows, automations, pipelines, and integrations were built on their agency GoHighLevel account. When you leave, none of it transfers. “Our system is unique to us.”

The creative retention clause

The ads, landing pages, and creative assets they built for you, with your money, remain their property. Any ad featuring your team? Reused for other clients.

The exit fee

They’ll transfer your contacts. Your phone number. Your conversations. Everything else, automations, funnels, pipelines, integrations, you rebuild from scratch. Sometimes for a fee.

The Podium play

Marketing platforms like Podium lock med spas into annual contracts, price you out of features, and make it nearly impossible to move your data. Aspire Med Spa came to us needing an exit.

The MedStar migration

A Cape Coral med spa is moving right now. Their previous agency will transfer contacts, phone, and conversations. Nothing else. Everything gets rebuilt in the new account.

How the relationship actually works

Three principles we never break.

Not marketing language. Actual operating rules that guide every engagement, from day one to handoff.

01

Every account under your name

Before we build a single thing, your GoHighLevel agency account is created under your business. Your domain, your hosting, your ad accounts, all registered to you. NexioBit is added as a team member, not the owner.

02

You’re the Super Admin

You have full visibility, full access, and full control at all times. We work inside your systems as a trusted partner, not on our own infrastructure. Every login, every dashboard, every asset is accessible to you 24/7.

03

Month-to-month, 30-day exit

After the initial build, retainer engagements are month-to-month with 30 days written notice. No 12-month lock-in. No penalty. When you leave, you keep everything, and we deliver a clean handoff with documentation.

The clean-exit promise

If you decide to leave, you keep everything.

Not a marketing line. This is written into every service agreement we sign. Section 7. Ownership. Full stop.

  • Your website: files, code, hosting, all yours
  • Your GoHighLevel account: full agency, all data
  • Your workflows, automations, and pipelines
  • Your ad campaigns, creative, and copy
  • Your patient data and CRM history
  • Your Google Analytics, Search Console, GBP
  • Your phone number and A2P registration
  • Written documentation and Loom walkthroughs
Real practices, real ownership

How this plays out in real client work.

Two examples of what ownership actually looks like across a real engagement lifecycle.

Case · Med spa e-commerce

Inwell.no, 4 years later, still running

We built Inwell.no‘s Shopify store, structured the multi-brand catalog, and set up their Klaviyo email marketing back in 2021. Four years later, we still manage the Klaviyo attribution driving NOK 84,166 monthly (~$7,850 USD), which is 27 percent of their total store revenue.

“Ownership isn’t a marketing message. It’s the reason we’re still working together four years later, because they always had the option to leave.”

Their Shopify account. Their Klaviyo. Their customer data. Their brand assets. All under their business, from the day it launched. If they decided to move to another agency tomorrow, the handoff would take a week. They stay because the work is good, not because they’re locked in.

Case · Aspire Med Spa · Tampa Bay

Aspire, chosen for ownership terms

Aspire Med Spa in Tampa Bay came to us needing an exit from Podium and a full digital rebuild. Michael, the operational lead (also an attorney), scrutinized every line of our service agreement, especially Section 7 on ownership and Section 6 on termination.

“The reason we chose NexioBit was the ownership terms. We came out of Podium promising ourselves we’d never be locked into another platform’s infrastructure again.”

We’re now rebuilding their website (English + Spanish), SEO migration, and full GoHighLevel automation suite. Every account is registered under Aspire. Retainer terms are month-to-month with 30 days notice. No lock-in. No proprietary trap.

The ownership FAQ

The real questions med spa owners ask.

What does it mean that I own everything?
Every account NexioBit builds for your practice is registered under your business, not ours. Your GoHighLevel account, your domain, your hosting, your ad accounts, your creative assets. You are the Super Admin. We work inside your systems as a trusted partner, not on our own infrastructure.
What happens if I decide to leave?
You give 30 days written notice. We complete a clean handoff with full documentation and a Loom walkthrough. Your website, GHL account, ad campaigns, patient data, workflows, and everything else stays with you. There’s no lock-in, no proprietary system to migrate away from, and no assets we retain as our IP.
Do you offer month-to-month terms?
Yes. After the initial build phase is complete, all retainer engagements are month-to-month with 30 days written notice. No 12-month lock-in, no penalty for cancellation. If the work stops delivering value for you, you stop paying. That’s how it should work.
What if my previous agency won’t hand things over?
We help clients through agency exits regularly. If your current agency built things on their infrastructure, landing pages on their tool, workflows in their GHL, creative they own, we help coordinate the migration, rebuild anything they won’t transfer, and get you fully independent under your own accounts. A Cape Coral med spa is doing exactly this migration right now.
Why would an agency operate this way?
Honest answer: because it means we have to keep earning the retainer every single month. There’s no captive audience. If we stop delivering results, you leave. That’s the pressure we want on ourselves. It keeps quality high and priorities aligned with your growth.
What if a Google algorithm update tanks my rankings?
Google changes its algorithm frequently and without notice, and no one controls that. What we commit to is transparency and recovery. If rankings drop significantly, we investigate the cause, share findings within 5 business days, and implement a recovery plan at no additional cost. That’s written into our service agreement.
Is there anything I don’t own?
Full transparency here. NexioBit’s proprietary tools, like NexioFront AI (our booking agent), our GHL snapshot templates, and our automation blueprints, remain our intellectual property. You get a license to use them during the engagement. Everything built specifically for your practice, your workflows, your creative, your data, your website, is yours upon full payment.
